Each MMTTC may organize meetings of principal/academic administrators/heads/deans/officers to enable them to understand their new roles as administrators and facilitate reforms in higher education through appropriate modification of management systems at various levels. Also training programme should be conducted for non-teaching staff on various administrative procedures including ICT in Governance, financial management and inter personnel relations
